Hi, my name is James Thompson and I’m your own personal online Hi Tech Trainer. I’m here to help you achieve your fitness goals so you can live a happier and healthier lifestyle. I’m passionate about helping everyone, no matter where you’re from, how old you are, or your level of fitness experience. I believe that everyone can achieve their fitness and health potential with some hard work and dedication.

 

I have always been passionate about living healthy. As a kid, I was always incredibly active – I loved playing sports with my friends and just running around outside. My mom also was a talented cook, and she always used healthy ingredients. When I got older, she started teaching me her recipes. Then, when I was in high school and college, I underwent some injuries that made it difficult for me to be active. That’s when I started researching how to best take care of your body, so that I could avoid injury in the future and live the healthiest possible life.

 

That was when I decided to make a career out of my passion. I decided to go to college and study exercise science and nutrition, and I also took classes to become certified as a personal trainer. Once I met with my first client, I knew it was the right job for me. I found so much satisfaction in using my knowledge and my interests to help others transform their bodies and live a happier, healthier lifestyle.

 

I’ve now expanded my business to hundreds of clients in several different cities. I work with my clients both in person and via video chat to help them make a positive difference in their fitness levels. I also produce workout videos, both on YouTube and in DVD format. Through my workout videos, I hope to make fitness more accessible to a wide range of people who may never have considered working out in the past.

 

I also share tons of fitness tips and tricks here on my blog. I cover a wide variety of topics, all relating to health and fitness, and I hope that you find inspiration reading about how to make yourself healthier.
